Seeking elite Software Tech Leader with .NET/C# backend services and deep knowledge on DevOps methodologies. We're an AZURE shop.

Requirements:

Code review responsibilities (responsible for other's code) and recent programming experienced.
DevOps and Azure experienced.
Drive and lead tech projects.
Mentorship and coaching

Hybrid working arrangement - 2-3 days onsite a week.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Software Technical Leader to guide our development team in building cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in .NET and C# while integrating DevOps practices and Azure cloud services to enhance our software development lifecycle and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead software development projects, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions using C# and .NET technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver functional specifications.
Establish and promote coding standards, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Oversee the implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Manage cloud resources on Azure, optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness.
Contribute to the architecture and design of systems, focusing on microservices and API development.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the development and production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software development using C# and .NET framework.
Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and DevOps methodologies.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
Familiarity with SQL databases and API development practices.
Proven track record of leading software projects and mentoring development teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
