Position Overview
We are a highly awarded company in the Engineering space with large projects across multiple verticals across the US. The Division Leader for Land Development will oversee the planning, design, and execution of land development projects. This role is crucial in guiding project teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth within the division. The leader will be responsible for strategic decision-making and fostering client relationships to enhance company presence in the land development sector.
This role will include Oversight of all Civil Engineering/Land Development projects, Team Leadership, and Business Development/Growth.
