Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee our disaster restoration projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, and other commercial restoration services. This role requires significant travel and the ability to adapt to different environments while ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee disaster restoration projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Implement project management best practices to ensure timely and within-budget project execution.
Conduct site assessments and develop project plans based on client needs and damages encountered.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and IICRC standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication with all parties involved.

Qualifications

Experience in water damage mitigation and disaster restoration.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing commercial projects.
IICRC Certification is required.
Familiarity with Xactimate.
Prior travel experience, with the ability to adapt to different locations and challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
