Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and have experience with adaptive reuse and new construction projects. This position requires travel around the US about 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction planning to project close-out
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes
Review and approve project plans, specifications, and other project-related documents
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Monitor and report project progress to senior management

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Experience managing multifamily construction projects
Strong project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting
Experience with adaptive reuse and new construction projects preferred
Knowledge of HUD rules and regulations
Ability to travel 50% of time
