Transactional Real Estate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and experience representing borrowers and lenders in various transactions. This role is essential in ensuring that all real estate transactions are conducted smoothly and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate agreements on behalf of clients.
Conduct due diligence and title searches to ensure clear property titles.
Represent clients in meetings and communications with lenders, buyers, sellers, and other relevant parties.
Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
Assist in resolving disputes related to real estate transactions.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional real estate law.
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and legal principles.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
