Position Overview: The Senior Tax Accountant is a critical role that will be responsible for the preparation of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns. This role is responsible for tax planning, research and compliance with federal and state laws. The Senior Tax Accountant will work with the firms clients to ensure their compliance with tax regulations and minimize their tax liabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
Analyze financial data to determine the correct application of tax laws.
Identify and research tax credits and deductions to minimize tax liabilities.
Interpret complex tax regulations and communicate them to clients.
Assist with client inquiries and provide advice on tax-related issues.
Prepare tax projections for clients and advise them on planning strategies.
Perform detailed analysis of financial statements.
Remain updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA or EA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public or individual tax accounting.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and tax preparation software.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
