Job Title: Tax Manager & Tax Seniors & Sr Tax Managers - Generalist
Location: Remote 100% in OH, AL, GA, KY and AR
Salary: $100K - $165K + Fully Paid for Benefits + Bonus
Requirements: CPA or EA 4-8+ Years in Public Accounting and Coming From a Public Accounting Firm

We are one of the Fastest Growing CPA Firms with 5 offices across Arkansas and have plans to expand to 2 new locations this year and plan on continuing expansion next year. We have about 60+ employees and have been around for 50+ years. We truly believe in work-life balance, offering 50-55 Capped hours during the busy season and offer an extremely flexible hybrid work schedule (2 days in office, with remote being a possibility after a month or two).

We are a Growing Firm and with that comes a lot of promotions, so if you feel like things at your current firm have slowed down and growth potential is not there, we usually promote every 1-2 years into manager position.

What you Need

Required:

10+ years of Public Accounting experience
Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
Review for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
High Level of Technical knowledge
- Experience working with clients in the $10 million - $100 million revenue range
Experience working with 754 elections and 1031 exchanges
Ability to handle 300-500 returns annually

Active CPA or EA

Nice to Have:

Strong experience working with Gift, Trust, and Estate Returns
Experience Signing off on Returns
Transaction and Business Advisory experience
