Position Overview:
The Super will Supervise onsite crew and subcontractors to ensure build is carried out to plan and specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate in direct communication with Project Manager to create a schedule, updating through
project life-cycle
Implement schedule
Assign tasks to work crew in order to maximize efficiency and deliver job on budget and to schedule
Produce thorough and complete two-week status reports
Produce daily logs
Maintain jobsite cleanliness
Advocate jobsite safety
Coordinate material deliveries, site inspections, and other site activities with subcontractors or other parties
Review shop drawings
Produce mock-ups as necessary
Identify any deficiencies in production and ensure builds are in compliance with company quality standards
Ensure crew is accurately recording their hours through Builder Trend with correct job name and
cost code
