Position Overview

Our company is seeking an experienced High End Residential Superintendent to oversee the construction of high end residential homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction and high-end residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of construction process, including hiring labor and subcontractors and ordering materials
Adhere to project timeline and budget
Ensure that building codes, safety measures and quality standards are met
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Implement best practices and keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials and technology
Communicate updates and changes to clients and internal teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on high-end residential projects
Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a team and deliver results within a budget and timeline
Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards and quality control
Advanced understanding of construction practices, materials and techniques
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred
