We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of large, high-value heavy civil construction projects. This role requires an individual with proven expertise in project management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of heavy civil construction practices. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
