Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and lead the design and execution of a 5-year project to construct a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Cincinnati, OH. This on-site role requires an experienced engineer to navigate the challenges of an evolving facility while achieving short-term objectives and contributing to long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead for mechanical engineering and design on assigned projects.
Design HVAC systems, central plant systems, plumbing, sprinkler fire protection, and fire suppression systems.
Ensure compliance with local and national building codes, including International Building Codes.
Provide mentorship and training to mechanical staff.
Delegate and oversee work assigned to project engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD staff.
Act as a resource for technical expertise and project procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
10+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering and design.
Proficiency in managing engineering projects through all development phases.
Ability to work on-site full-time with occasional travel.
Authorization to work in the United States.
