Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Construction Defect/Habitability Law)
Location: Hybrid in Santa Monica (L.A.)
Salary: $165k-$225k/yr.

Required experience: At least 3-5 years of experience with Construction Law, Construction Defect, Habitability Law (nice to have), Real Estate Litigation experience (nice to have), Defense-side litigation experience.
Position Overview: The Senior Insurance Defense Attorney is a senior-level position responsible for providing legal representation to clients in insurance defense, litigation, and other related matters. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional skills and experience in trial and depository practice, as well as knowledge of legal principles and liability defense in personal injury, construction defect, and other related areas.
