Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. You will play a key role in shaping our technology stack and driving the development process to ensure efficient and robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and React.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in web development and coding standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process as necessary.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
Proficiency in Python and Django framework.
Strong experience with React and related libraries (Redux, React Router).
Familiarity with CSS and CSS frameworks for responsive design.
Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework.
Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in teams.
