Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Drywall Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial drywall projects, ensuring that we remain competitive and profitable while delivering quality work to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed estimates for drywall installation and related tasks.
Utilize software tools such as On Screen Takeoff and QuickBid to generate precise material and labor cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
Analyze project scope and requirements to identify potential challenges and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain documentation of estimates and project changes for future reference and accountability.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Drywall Estimator or similar role in the commercial construction industry.
Strong knowledge of drywall installation processes and commercial drywall specifications.
Prior experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience with Stucco preferred.
Proficiency in estimating software, particularly OST and QuickBid.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost estimation.
Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and subcontractors.
