The Senior Associate will be responsible for both individual and class action Wage & Hour and PAGA cases. The Senior Associate's workload will include taking depositions, attending mediations, trial prep and will require strong writing skills preparing legal documents.
***This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S. as long as you have your CA bar license***
