What You Will Be Doing

The Senior Associate will be responsible for both individual and class action Wage & Hour and PAGA cases. The Senior Associate's workload will include taking depositions, attending mediations, trial prep and will require strong writing skills preparing legal documents.

What You Need for this Position

6+ years' experience representing Plaintiffs in wage and hour cases is required
Experience with class action suits required
Must have CA bar license
Strong brief writing skills is required
Must be proficient in the discovery process

***This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S. as long as you have your CA bar license***
