R&D Chemist

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Chemist to join our innovative team. The primary objective of this role is to develop and improve formulations for car care products, ensuring high performance and quality standards. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other scientists and engineers to bring new products from concept to market while optimizing existing formulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and formulate new car care products and improve existing formulations.
Conduct experiments to test the effectiveness and safety of new products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability.
Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on research findings.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in chemical formulations.
Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues related to product formulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Proven experience as a Chemist, preferably in product development or R&D.
Strong knowledge of chemical formulations, especially in relation to car care products.
Experience with emulsions, soaps, shampoos, and cleaning products is a plus.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
