Position Overview
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, particularly in the automotive and medical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial project management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes, particularly in the automotive and medical sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
