Because of our growth & backlog of projects, we are looking for a Project Manager to help with commercial, institutional & historical type projects.

What You Will Be Doing

-Leadership: Lead construction teams of various sizes
-Estimating: Estimate construction projects and change orders
-Budgeting: Create, monitor and proactively keep projects on budget
-Cost Tracking: Make monthly cost forecasts
-Regular weekly overtime

What You Need for this Position

At least 3yrs as a Project Manager within a Commercial Construction Environment

-Estimating experience
-Strong computer skills
-Schedule experience
-Ability to interact with owners with varying knowledge of the building process and walk them through the design process
-Thrive in a team environment
-Able to handle multiple concurrent projects and work independently with minimal supervision
-A strong sense of value in making design decisions
-A well-rounded knowledge of construction
-A strong desire to help your field employees!
