Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial, mixed-use, and tenant improvement projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial, ground-up, and tenant improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
