Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate K-12 architecture projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
Monitor project progress and performance to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to building codes and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is required
Proven experience in project management within the K-12 education sector.
Strong understanding of architectural design and building codes.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred: Architecture License, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
