Position: Project Manager - Resinous Flooring
Hiring in: VA, FL, NC, GA
Salary: $75,000-$100,000 + Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in resinous/epoxy flooring. The successful candidate will oversee flooring projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple resinous flooring projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress accordingly.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the flooring industry, specifically with resinous, epoxy, and/or polished concrete
Strong knowledge of epoxy and resinous flooring systems and applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
