Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project goals.
- Manage resources effectively, including team members, contractors, and materials.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and changes are managed appropriately.
- Use Procore to track project progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication.
- Implement Sage 300 for financial tracking and reporting, ensuring budget adherence and profitability.
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, address issues, and foster teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience using Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
- Experience with Sage 300 for financial management in projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
