Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while monitoring and reporting on progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including records, contracts, budgets, and reports.
- Assist in the selection and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Sage 100 and Excel.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and P&L oversight.
