Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will be experienced in commercial and school construction, with a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in commercial and school construction.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
