Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the retail, hotel, casino, restaurant, and commercial industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of ground-up construction and tenant improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules
Oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Manage project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in commercial construction
Experience managing projects in the retail, hotel, casino, restaurant, and bar industries
Strong understanding of ground-up construction and tenant improvement processes
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with project management software and tools
