We are a 25 year old commercial GC based out of Boynton Beach, FL - we are actively looking for an eager Project Manager (or Assistant Project Manager looking for their next promotion) to join our team!
Ideal candidate will have experience with commercial projects (ideally k12 but not required).

Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Maintain & enhance relationships with contractors & clients
- Contract & scope reviews
- Monitor execution of projects
- Coordinate internal team
- Managing pricing, submittals, material procurement & scheduling of awarded projects
- Participate in financial planning
- Participate in development & execution of company business plan
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 3+ years Project Management experience on commercial projects
- Experience with K-12/education projects (preferred)
- Experience within Palm Beach County (preferred)
- Experience within Palm Beach County SD (preferred)
- Proficiency with Blubeam/Procore
- Bilingual (preferred)
