Position Overview
As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting chemical manufacturing processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, solve problems, and identify optimization opportunities. This position offers the chance to lead impactful projects, provide technical support across operations, and guide less-experienced engineers, all while contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What you'll Do

Design, optimize, and troubleshoot chemical manufacturing processes.
Monitor and control process parameters to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and troubleshoot issues.
Review and assess process data to identify opportunities for optimization.
Provide technical support to operations, quality, and maintenance teams.
Lead or assist in projects aimed at improving process performance and reducing costs.
Document and report process changes, improvements, and performance metrics.
If applicable, mentor and guide less-experienced engineers and team members.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in process or production engineering, ideally in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Experience with Ethylene, VCM, or CA processes is preferred but not required.
Proven track record of leadership experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and a good personality that fosters a positive work environment.
