Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney to join our legal team, specializing in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings, providing expert legal advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury cases in court and during negotiations.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as briefs and motions.
Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed in a timely manner.
Advocate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes in their cases.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals as necessary to build strong cases.

Qualifications

1-2+ Years Experience in Personal Injury Law

Experience managing personal injury cases including car accident, premises injury, brain injury, sexual assault, wrongful death, wildfires, product injury, construction injury, etc.

Ability to independently manage cases from intake to resolution

Conduct or assist in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials

Exceptional oral & written communication

Strong academic background preferred

Ability to work as a team player

Licensed in NY in good standing
