Responsibilities/Day-to-Day:

Assist attorneys with all aspects of employment litigation, including case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation.
Coordinate and manage discovery, including document review, subpoenas, and e-discovery platforms.
Prepare case files, exhibits, and legal summaries for hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Conduct client and witness interviews, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
File motions, pleadings, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.
Manage deadlines, maintain case calendars, and ensure compliance with court rules.
Support attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing evidence and assisting with courtroom logistics.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of Paralegal experience. Preferably in Employment Law but not required.
Experience with Subpoenas, Drafting Legal Documents, Legal Research, Supporting Attorneys, Preparing Exhibits, Trail Pre
Proficiency in legal research platforms, case management software, and e-discovery tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
Paralegal certification or degree preferred, but not required
