Title: Mergers & Acquisitions Resource Attorney
Location: San Francisco/Palo Alto, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Denver - (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary: $275,000-$330,000 - Depending on Experience
Requirements: 7+ years as a licensed Mergers & Acquisitions Resource Attorney, US M&A corporate/transactional practice, fiduciary duties, strong drafting and organizational skills, handle multiple projects, public and private financial transactions
