Position Overview
The MEP Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities in facilities management. This role ensures that all MEP systems are properly installed, maintained, and operated, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of MEP systems in facilities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality work and timely project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP equipment.
• Manage budget and resources for MEP projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in facilities management and related fields.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in MEP or facilities management are a plus.
