Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Project Manager to oversee all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and architects
Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that work is completed according to project specifications
Ensure that all project documentation is completed accurately and on time
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure compliance with all project requirements, including safety regulations and quality standards
Manage change orders and ensure that all changes are documented and approved
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in mechanical construction
Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as P6, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint
Experience with Bluebeam or similar construction document management software
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
Experience managing change orders and resolving project issues
Experience with Data Centers is a plus!
