Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Location: Indianapolis, IN, 1 day/ week WFH option (Relocation assistance available!)
Job Salary: $130k-$170k+ DOE
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Project Management
We are a well-established, Indianapolis-based mechanical contractor and services provider for retrofit and new construction. We offer project-based services as well as full-service maintenance to Industrial, Manufacturing, Municipalities, Universities, K-12 Schools, and Healthcare facilities in the Indianapolis area.
We currently have two Project Manager openings due to recent promotions so we are seeking a skilled PM and Senior PM to join our growing team! We offer growth opportunities, fantastic benefits, and competitive pay.
Managing and coordinating the project team to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables. Responsibilities include managing the timeline and budget throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards, and facilitating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. This position will be based out of our Indianapolis, IN office, with the option for a WFH day each week.
