Mechanical Engineering Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the design and development of innovative electro-mechanical products. This role involves overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team in the design and development of electro-mechanical products.
Oversee the design process using SolidWorks, ensuring all designs are functional and meet specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project timelines and deliverables.
Review and approve schematic capture and PCB layouts to ensure alignment with product requirements.
Mentor and develop engineering staff, providing guidance on technical issues and career development.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback to improve product designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on electro-mechanical products.
Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with schematic capture and PCB layout.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
