Job Title : Mechanical Engineer

Location: Caldwell, OH on-site

Salary : $100k-$125k DOE

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and components. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to solve complex engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct mechanical design and analysis using FEA and CFD techniques
Develop and optimize engineering processes through Six Sigma methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Create and review technical documentation and specifications
Participate in prototyping and testing of mechanical systems
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product performance
Utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD for design purposes
Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis (FMEA)
Support manufacturing processes and ensure design for manufacturability (DFM)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in mechanical engineering roles
Strong knowledge of FEA and CFD analysis
Familiarity with Six Sigma principles and methodologies
Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of thermodynamics and materials science
Project management experience is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
