Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our production equipment. Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment
Conducting regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Collaborating with management and production teams to identify areas for improvement
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role
Strong electrical knowledge, including working with PLCs and hydraulics
Experience with bearings and lubrication
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
