Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and real estate law, with a passion for advocating for clients in litigation matters. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in disputes and ensuring their legal rights are protected throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in litigation cases related to construction and real estate disputes.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes when appropriate.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and depositions.
  • Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of litigation cases.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure effective case management.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in construction and real estate law.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines.
