Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse litigation caseload across Florida from inception through resolution, taking ownership of all stages of the process
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Participate in depositions and prepare witnesses for trial
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
  • Manage case files and documentation efficiently, ensuring compliance with court deadlines

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Active license to practice law in Florida
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction litigation, financial services defense, or real property litigation 
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal principles
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and manage time effectively
