Job Title: IT Systems Administrator
Location: State College, PA
Salary: $60K - $90K (DOE)
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering / 1+ years of experience in Information Technology/ Experience working within manufacturing or industrial industries (Helpful)

What You Will Be Doing

- Perform network troubleshooting strategies to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs

- Manage internal hardware, software, network, and security systems

- Work on IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and report relevant information to the executive team
- Address gaps in security and networking and assist in remediation efforts

- Migrate legacy servers and applications to modern solutions

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Document internal processes and procedures related to IT duties
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in Information Technology, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, network, and security systems
- Knowledge of database structure languages, such as SQL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills preferred
- Infor Visual or other ERP experience preferred
