Position Overview

We are a commercial HVAC contractor who is looking for a HVAC Service Sales Rep to join our growing team. We have offices located in Palmetto, Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, or Gainesville. You are able to work out of any of the locations!

The HVAC Service Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of HVAC service agreements and solutions to commercial clients. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge of HVAC systems, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC service market.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct site assessments and understand client needs to provide tailored HVAC solutions.
Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of HVAC service agreements.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate service delivery and customer expectations are met.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in HVAC sales
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales and achieving sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
