Geotechnical Project Engineer

For nearly six decades, we have provided essential engineering services throughout the United States, including Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing & Inspection, Building Code Compliance, Environmental Compliance and Permitting, and Building Envelope Consulting.

We are looking for a Geotechnical Project Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ

Key Responsibilities

Performs and supervises engineering work relating to the design, construction, and operation of municipal and commercial projects
Conduct site investigations and lab testing to collect geotechnical data
Prepare project proposals, reports, and cost estimates
Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure project delivery meets client requirements
Assist in mentoring and training junior engineers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer
Extensive understanding in soil mechanics, foundation design, pavement design, and slope stability
Knowledge of ASTM standards
Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred
