Based near Sacramento, CA we're a full service fire sprinkler and alarm contractor with a long history of success and currently we are looking for a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to join our team. We've been in business for over 30 years and have a strong reputation in the Northern and Southern California markets.

What You Will Be Doing

Spearhead commercial & industrial new construction and tenant improvement projects (some retro-fit)

Work on a small project management team of 3-4 members

Coordinate and manage installation and contract projects

Coordinate project milestones (estimating, design, purchasing, fabrication and install)

Lead project meetings (kickff, progress, design coordination, budgeting)

Manager full project life cycle through close out

Manage permits, material delivery, labor schedules and field installation

Attend job site meetings

Track and manage change orders

Leverage our project management tools/software

What You Need for this Position

High School Diploma or GED

5+ years of Fire Sprinkler Project Management experience

Experience with project management tools/software

Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills

NFPA Code Knowledge

OSHA 10/30 Certification

Ability to travel to/from projec sites

Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
