Key Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Prepare detailed proposals and bid documents for submission to clients.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
Review and evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
Maintain an organized database of existing cost data and estimation records for future reference.
Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of estimating experience
Strong knowledge of bidding processes andability to prepare proposals.
Proficiency in estimating software such as Procore, Timberline, and Bluebeam is a plus.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
