Location: Pacoima, CA
Salary: $150K - $170K + Commission Package + Extensice Benefits Package
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in senior sales or leadership in Skin Care, Cosmetics, or Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing / At least 5 years of sales management experience - track record of success leading sales teams / B.S. in Business, Science, or relevant field

Position Overview
The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth in the Color Cosmetics and Skin Care sectors within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. This leadership role requires strategic planning, strong relationship building, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share in the Color Cosmetics and Skin Care categories.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Drive the execution of sales initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge and experience in Color Cosmetics and Skin Care within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Sound product development experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes within the cosmetics industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
