What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative QA Director to revolutionize our test methodology and leverage AI and modern technologies to drive test automation for our enterprise SaaS platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our QA processes and make a significant impact on our product quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 QA Engineers, both onshore and offshore, fostering a high-performance culture.
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that incorporates AI and cutting-edge technologies to enhance test automation.
Take ownership of the QA architecture, defining and orchestrating the processes and methodologies needed for effective testing.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA practices into the development lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize QA efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for QA, helping to accelerate our delivery timelines and improve product quality.

What You Need For The Position

Strong background in QA automation with hands on experience using AI and modern testing tools
Willing/able to still be hands on as required
Experience leading QA for a high performing enterprise SaaS company with demonstrated track record of creating high performance teams
Demonstrated experience modernizing test methodology and ability to think strategically and drive change with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Must be a confident and strong communicator
