Qualifications/Must Haves:

Director level / Sr. Mechanical + Plumbing Engineers exp.
15+ years of exp.
Professional Engineer License (Lic. P.E.)
Project Exp: Residential, Mixed-Use, Commercial, Hospitality - preferred
Software: Revit, Energy Pro, AutoCAD
Business Development exp. is a plus
Local in San Diego for a hybrid schedule - 4+ days max in the office
