We are an industry-leading General Contractor with major projects in the pipeline that we are looking for a Project Manager to come lead. We have a very strong backlog and are looking to continue to grow our team.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and resolve issues.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and opportunities to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in residential and commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.
