Position Overview: The Compounder is responsible for producing and blending of batches of liquid products. This position must ensure the produced products meet all quality standards and specifications in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including GMP and OSHA.
Weigh and dispense materials for compounding.
Maintain accurate records of formulas, batches, and lab results.
Produce quality products by filtering, heating, mixing batches, chilling, and processing materials.
Test raw materials for accuracy and quality.
Follow all Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in production, compounding, and/or materials handling is preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to use basic math skills to accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
