Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will handle complex litigation cases, focusing on commercial disputes and trusts and estates. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases and develop expertise in commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in commercial litigation matters before courts and arbitration panels.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Manage case files and maintain documentation of all legal proceedings.
Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to develop effective case strategies.
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
Provide strategic advice to clients on litigation risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Barred in FL
5+ years of experience in commercial litigation or related fields.
Strong understanding of trust estate and trusts and estates law.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
