Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects, from concept to completion, as well as managing subcontractors and all other related activities. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as extensive experience in commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
Monitor project progress and quality assurance
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality assurance regulations
Provide oversight and review of project documentation and plans
Resolve conflicts and problems as they arise
Provide regular updates on project status
Act as a liaison between clients and subcontractors

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction project management
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience in Commercial K-12, Healthcare, Hospitality, Offices Renovations, Commercial Renovations is preferred
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
